Data Deletion Instructions

1. Send an email to [email protected] from the address your Vaquero account uses. If you signed in with Google, that is the address on that account.
2. Put “Account Deletion” in the subject line. You do not need to explain why.
3. We confirm that the request came from the account holder, delete the data, and reply to tell you it is done.

• The account record itself: your email address, and, if you signed in with Google, the name, profile picture and account identifier we received from Google.
• Everything you made on the site: saved strategies, the record of every backtest you ran and what it returned, watchlists and the share links made from them, chart drawings and indicator settings, price and calendar alerts, notes, display settings, your credit balance and ledger, and any push-notification subscription.
• Your community posts and comments.

Deletion is permanent. Credits on the account are forfeited and cannot be restored afterwards, so please use them or note them down before you send the request.

Where a law requires a specific record to be kept for a set period, we keep that record and nothing more. Once paid plans open, records of a purchase, a payment or a refund fall under that rule, so they remain after the account has gone. They are kept apart and are not used to build a profile of you.

Copies sitting in routine backups fall out on the ordinary backup cycle rather than at the moment of deletion.

You can also revoke access from Google's side. In your Google Account, go to Data & privacy, then Third-party apps & services, choose Vaquero and remove access.

Revoking stops future sign-ins, but it does not delete the Vaquero account by itself. If deletion is what you want, send the request above as well.

We process deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by reply.
